Mô tả công việc
Ensure store operation running well & sales achievement as per target and sales growth by improving store operational procedure.
• Making yearly-quarter-monthly strategy plan for sales improvement :
making quarter goals, making program/challenges that related to achieve KPI, monitoring & controlling OIC/Area Manager in executing the responsibilities.
Obstacle: external issue (pandemic, politics-movement, company issue)
• Making guideline/work-system for stores, to ensure all store running correctly and based on company standard: planning, briefing, do the execution, coaching, review any inputs.
Obstacle: store staff not doing the execution as instruction, and the results is very far behind the target
• Monitoring and controlling daily operations of stores in the region : doing visit stores, do detail-random check, monitor store-checklist, direct coaching at floor, listening and review inputs from team.
Obstacle: ad-hock situation (fraud internal-external, mall issue)
• Do inventory analysis of stores/region to generate maximum potential sales: breakdown best seller-slow moving article of each site and do regrouping that will produce potential sales
Obstacle: overstock, missing items, not accurate data
• Responsible to new store opening/expansion :
do visit survey, review, and reports any positive-negative potential possibilities to B&D, running the preparation process
Obstacle: miss-guideline, execution & results behind standard timeline
• Establish strong relationships with internal departments & external
Obstacle: contradictory policies
Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
• Sales Achievement
• Sales LFL Growth
• Total Growth
Key Relationships:

• Store operation team that relate with store performance in daily basis
• Merchandising for discuss stores performance
• Marketing team for discuss stores promotion plan
• Allocator for request / Hold stores allocation
• IT to Fixing stores IT issues
• Project & Design tea for Repairing stores fixtures, store opening, and store under renovation, relocation, and closing.
• Visual Merchandising for discuss stores visual merchandising standard
External
• Store Owner/Landlord

Yêu cầu
• Education: Preferably bachelor or masters' degree from economy / business administration / management
• At least 3 years' experience as an assistant store operation manager
• Has excellent knowledge in retail operations and familiar with business development process
• Good sense of sports/fashion knowledge and trends
• Willing to work in flexible schedule and mobile
• Good leadership
• Computerize skill
