Sales Planning
• Develop and implement an annual sales plan with clear targets and strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing & internal to create effective outreach campaigns and account strategies.
• Continuously build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Execution
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities via multiple channels (email, cold calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Build relationships with prospects, deliver tailored product demos, and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success for onboarding.
Market Development
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential clients and industry trends.
• Stay updated on competitor movements and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Represent Opollo at industry events to build relationships and brand presence.
Channel Management & Lead Cultivation
• Promote Opollo's website, LinkedIn, and Facebook to generate and nurture leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize these channels for lead conversion.
Yêu cầu
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into successful deals through consultative selling.
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to e-commerce sellers, brands, or logistics companies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, OMS, and logistics operations.
• Experience with value-based selling methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
