1 - Support business activities and processes that helps Sales run effectively, efficiently, to establish a-world class customer service.
2 - Orders handling after receipt from Sales team/ customers.
3 - Check and confirm the stock availability to customers & Check schedule if out of stock.
4 - Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Goods reservation (WO), Invoice (OI) in AP+.
5 - Prepare shipping documents (Commercial Invoice/ VAT Invoice, Packing List, HBL/AWB, C/O if required) and send to customers.
6 - Arrange the booking/delivery with forwarder.
7 - Update the delivery date to customers.
8 - Hand-over all required documents to finance dept. for the customer payment follow-up.
9 - Prepare the customs declaration and C/O according to regulation and customer's request, collect and report data if required
10 - Arrange the payment for the forwarders.
11 - Receipt and handle the customer's complaints with Sales team & QA team.
12 - Maintain the delivery plan in order to secure the supply to customers.
13 - Handle general enquiries (data sheet, checking stock level, lead time, etc.)
14 - Master data maintenance (Company, Part Customer relationship)
15 - Follow-up all activities of SO team in order to solve the trouble as soon as possible if any trouble is happened.
16 - Train and guide the SO team to do everything is correct.
17 - Lead and manage SO team to achieve the target "All shipments delivered on time in full" & provide the best service to customers to get the highest level of customer satisfaction.
18 - Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from Foreign Trade University or Economics University with major Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics.
- At least 2 years of experience as same position.
- Fluent in reading, speaking and writing English.
- German language or Chinese language is an advantage.
- Computer literate with competence in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel as well as ERP systems, Expertise in Quality, Management Systems and their Implementation.
- Preferable languages: English & Vietnamese
- Nationality: Vietnamese
