We provides best-in-class performance marketing (SEO, PPC, and Analytics) that drives business results for clients (online sales, leads and users), develop big-scale digital platforms & mobile apps and offer web security services.
We are looking for a Senior Salesperson to join the team and strengthen our reach to top brands and agencies for new business opportunity.
This person needs to have tremendous experience (10+ years) in the brand and agency world, with rich connections at executive level at brands, corporates and agencies. We are not looking for for street salespeople who go out and find opportunities, we seek people who can establish relationship with major clients and strike key partnerships that grow our sales.
The candidate should have solid understanding about digital marketing, AI and technology to have deep conversations with potential clients about our digital strategies our core capabilities that can grow their businesses and align with the future trends of marketing and technology.
Job description
- Reach out and leverage connections to executives and C-level managements at big companies to explore digital opportunities
- Create proposals, fee structure and SOW for new clients and projects
- Understand and communicate CBI's track record and core values to potential clients
- Understand client's business goals, needs and difficulties, and collaborate with CBI team to create and advise digital strategies for clients
- Nurture sales opportunities,close deals to achieve revenue target
- Manage the sales funnel and identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
- Schedule and attend phone calls, in-office meetings, meals, to establish relationships and discuss opportunities
- Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at events and conferences
- Review and lead the copywriting of sales materials

Our requirements
- 10+ years of experience working in brand/agency world with strong network at executive level
- Great listening skills and deep understanding about people and how the world works
- Great communication skills (both oral and written) and high emotional intelligence that make people feel comfortable and respected
- Be gentle, flexible yet strong to deal with complicated situations
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and and scaling sales team in marketing/advertising or technology space
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire teams.
