Key Responsibilities:
• Lead
Business Development in Northern Vietnam, identifying and cultivating relationships with industrial clients across sectors such as wood, metal, chemical, and agriculture.
• Independently manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct site visits and technical consultations, translating customer needs into tailored Nederman solutions.
• Collaborate remotely with the HCMC office for strategic alignment, reporting, and support.
• Utilize CRM tools for lead management, quotation generation, and pipeline tracking.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, feedback collection, and solution-oriented follow-up.
• Develop and manage diverse sales channels to meet and exceed annual targets.
• Represent Nederman professionally in the Hanoi region, building brand awareness and trust.
