Mô tả công việc
- Expand customer network and sell company products.
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential
- Develop key relationships with customers.
- Build a solid direct sales pipeline and develop opportunities.
- Build and keep relationship with information provider: ministry of investment, IP management, consultant, sales group.
- Participate/ organize marketing events: exhibition, chamber meeting.
- Develop sales contacts in defined vertical markets.
PROJECT FOLLOW UP
- Prepare/ Review and send quotation (Proposal & Proposal Drawings) to customers.
- Negotiate with customers about all conditions and price of the projects & follow up with customers to get the projects.
- Follow up the signed contracts and make sure customer send down payment after contract signing as per the company policy.
- Work closely with accounting team and installation team to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor of Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience of sales in engineering industries.
- Having knowledge of flooring market: ICCC - Investor, Consultant, Contractor, Competitor
- Fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good MS Office skills
- Good presentation skills
- AutoCAD skills is preferred
