Senior Sales Executive

Qualification (Educational): Any Graduation
Location Country: New Zealand
Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years
Skill Sets Required:
- You must be a hunter with a strong track record of 5-10 years', someone with strong new business development, new logo experience in NZ market with consistent proven track record.
- Must have 3-5 years tenure (verifiable) with at least one Enterprise Sales role with the same organisation - we are looking for stable and consistent closers
- Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits through a combination of solution-selling and relationship skills
- Understanding the decision-making process and have the ability to influence key decision makers along the way
- C-level verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Experience closing deals with CFOs/CIOs/Shared Services Executives or business leaders.
- Ability to lead and manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate Pre-Sales, Implementation, other teams and Partner resources.
- Perseverant, 'can-do' attitude (i.e. seeking multiple alternatives to 'get the job done' when the initial approach doesn't succeed)
- High levels of energy, creativity and enthusiasm with a desire to work with a winning team
- Problem solver who is curious, passionate about results and highly customer focused.
- Strong people/communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills & be a team player
- Preferably should be an MBA or equivalent tertiary qualification, though it is not a mandatory requirement for otherwise exceptional candidate with strong, proven prior payroll sales and business development experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve booking quota allocated to you for the quarters and for the year
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan and pipeline to achieve current year booking quota and to ensure a pipeline for 50% Y-O-Y growth that company is committed to. These need to tracked in the CRM in a timely and accurate manner
- Build a strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with various teams - Pre-sales, Product, Implementation, Customer Success and Support teams of Ramco and also with partners and influencers. Effective teamwork is critical to succeed in this role.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate Pre-Sales, Implementation and Partner resources.
- Engage with prospects to position Ramco's Platform/Managed Services through solution-selling, focusing on business value and leveraging references, analyst coverages, influencers
- Perform overall pipeline management & provide accurate forecast through CRM and keep the Regional Head of Business informed on opportunities progress
