Job Scope
• Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our panel products
• Negotiate and close sales deals while providing outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
