Identify and develop new export customers and business opportunities in assigned markets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing overseas customers through responsive commercial support.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up samples, and support contract and order discussions.
Coordinate with technical, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product specifications, pricing, lead time, and shipment requirements are met.
Support overseas business trips, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits when required.
Monitor order progress and proactively update customers on timelines and issues.
Keep accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and activity reports for management review.
Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer trends to support sales strategy.
Work closely with the Export
Sales Manager and relevant departments to achieve sales targets.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, export sales, or
business development; furniture industry experience is highly preferred.
Good understanding of export workflows, international customer communication, and commercial follow-up.
Fluent English communication in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Chinese language ability is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and exhibitions when needed.
Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
