Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented and well-networked Senior Sales Manager professional to cover an assigned to further generate growth. This sales professional will own the sales process and outcomes andactively grow a healthy pipeline and drive opportunities to closure through deal origination, sales negotiations, and building internal partnership with subject matter experts and client engagement team members.
Responsibilities:
- Comfortable to hunt new businesses.
- Conduct studies on markets and client segments, contribute to market strategies, and identify new opportunities
- Generate leads and build project pipelines through networking, prospecting, and cultivating relationships with clients
- Responsible for the sales growth and customer development in the appointed territory and market segments, achieve yearly sales targets thru new business and customers.
- Submits sales forecast, business reports, weekly visit reports and monthly project status reports. E.g.: New opportunities pipeline, target customer sales plan and competitor activities.
- Conduct highly effective customer visits to find new opportunities and initiate new project design-in and ensure key account & market penetration
- Achieve the sales target with profitability.
- Maintenance of existing customers base and achieve development of new custom
- Be responsible with every stage of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Rapidly identify target customers followed by a well-defined follow through plan to aggressively close new business.

Yêu cầu
- Possess in-depth knowledge and application for Rockwell product
- Knowledge of managing channel partners and OEM customers.
- Good technical knowledge, capability on recommend products to customers according to their requests.
- Demonstrated understanding of key business issues and drivers within this industry, the current and potentially emerging demands, and trends in the market, especially electric, automation, construction, engineering, etc...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic / Automation Engineering or other relevant majors.
- Prefer minimum 4 years sales experience in the field of automation industrial products.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft office 360 application
- An aggressive individual like to explore new things and take up new challenges / responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal managing skills and the ability to work independently as well with teams located globally.
- Knowledge of managing channel partners and OEM customers.
