Manage, develop, and expand the company'sB2B partner portfolioacross the European market, particularly in theF&B and FMCG sectors.
Proactively develop target markets throughcold calling, email outreach, networking, and participation in international trade fairs.
Achieve assignedperiodic sales targets/KPIsand drive business growth across the assigned territory.
Provide product consultation, identify suitable product solutions, negotiatecommercial terms and contracts, and close deals withwholesalers, retailers, supermarket chains, and distributors.
Prepare and managequotations, Sales Confirmations, and other relevant commercial documents.
Maintain accurate customer and partner information inCRM/ERP systemsand promptly handle customer inquiries and feedback to improveorder retention and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with the
Purchasing Departmentby consolidating market information, researching consumer trends, and monitoring market fluctuations to support sourcing and business decisions.
Represent the company onbusiness trips across Europe, includingthe Netherlands, France, Germany, and other key markets, to develop strategic partnerships, maintain customer relationships, and promote the company's products.
Bachelor's degree or above inInternational Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum4-5 years of experience in B2B Sales,
Business Development, or Import-Export, preferably with strong industry experience inFMCG, F&B, or Food products.
Previous experience working in anFDI company, European company, or in a role involving regular direct communication and business transactions withinternational partners.
Language requirements:
Fluent Englishis preferred;OR
Good command ofChinese, withbasic conversational English.
Strong skills inB2B sales, negotiation, customer relationship management, and market development.
Willingness and flexibility to undertakeinternational business trips across Europe.
