POSITION PURPOSE
- Provide before and after service to customers. Assist and support sales team in achieving sale target and documentations.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Processing orders from customer.
- Monitoring/follow up on shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Rescheduling & cancellation of the order based on lead time & customer requirement.
- Maintain relationship with customer to provide a good service.
- Involved in planning and forecasting for production and shipment schedule.
- Handling of customers' inquiries and feedback.
- Respond promptly to customers' requirement through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments.
- Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Yêu cầu
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Preferred degree holder.
- 2-3 years of working experience in customer service or buyer in semiconductor industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel.
- Effective communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Initiative and hardworking.
- Able to work under stress and pressure.
- Follow up and attention to details.
