As a Senior Social Media Researcher, you'll turn real-time conversations and behavioral data into sharp, strategic insights that drive brand growth. You'll analyze trends, audience behavior, and platform performance to uncover what matters most-helping clients lead, not follow. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll shape research, spot opportunities, and deliver insights that elevate campaigns and strengthen brand impact
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Analysis and Insight Development (35%)
- Oversee reporting flow from data to deck.
- Guide junior team members in formatting, charting, and basic analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, logical flow, and consistency in reporting deliverables.
- Analyze social media data to uncover patterns in sentiment, content trends, and audience behavior.
- Help structure clear, meaningful findings to support brand narratives tailored to client objectives.
2. Client service & engagement (30%)
- Present report highlights and insights in client meetings with clarity and professionalism.
- Address client questions, contextualize findings, and work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain positive client relationships through timely communication and proactive support.
3. Actionable Recommendations (20%)
- Develop actionable recommendations based on research insights to support brand direction, communication, and campaign planning.
- Benchmark competitors and highlight market opportunities or risk areas for clients.
4. Project management (15%)
- Lead day-to-day report delivery, ensuring timelines, formats, and expectations are met.
- Work cross-functionally with Data, P&R and Client Partnership teams to ensure smooth project operations.
- Document and report any issues or delays, and take corrective actions when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/ Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Social Media, or a related field.
