Job Summary

We are looking for Senior Software Engineers with deep expertise in full-stack development, microservices, and event-driven architecture. You should have a strong product mindset, an understanding of how technology drives business value, and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable microservices and event-driven systems aligned with business needs.
• Build high-performance, secure APIs and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
• Implementing efficient data storage solutions with PostgreSQL and optimizing database performance.
• Develop real-time event-driven applications with Kafka.
• Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React.
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, best practices, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and debug full-stack issues efficiently.
• Leverage AI-driven solutions to improve development efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful features.
• Drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and contribute to best practices

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in full-stack engineering.
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).
• Proven experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Proficiency in Kafka for real-time event processing.
• Solid experience with React for frontend development.
• Strong unit testing and CI/CD knowledge.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps.
• Ability to balance technical decisions with business impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.
• Bonus: Exposure to AI technologies and their application in software development.
