Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Senior Specialist, People Operations to join our team in Hanoi.

Key Accountabilities
• Engage in continuous review for areas of improvement of in-country Workforce Administration and Payroll processes to ensure alignment of local policies and programs with regional and global requirements.
• Be responsible for accuracy in data and regulatory governance.
• To collaborate with the wider People Organization to manage colleagues' queries in thoughtful and timely manner.
• To provide holistic solutions to stakeholders and/or in team settings regarding own area of expertise
• To manage and be responsible for vendor relationships to ensure service delivery and adherence to the Service Level Agreement and ensure timely resolutions of issues and to escalate to management, when required.
• To ensure timely escalation and updates on operational matters to minimise risks and to provide support on resolving identified issues.
Operational Excellence
• To manage in-country Payroll and Workforce Administration operational activities to ensure they are accurate relevant and reflective of local requirements.
• To monitor Payroll and Workforce Administration processes to ensure compliance with local legislation while engaging in continuous improvements and streamlining of processes.
• To manage all aspects of payroll and benefits processes.
• To manage the timely and accurate filing of internal and/or local statutory reporting, including but not limited to government surveys, immigration requirements, compliance, tax and statutory contributions etc.
• Engage in the effective use of technology to drive HR data accuracy.
• Continuous efforts to build consistent operational workflow that results in operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Responsible in developing communications to stakeholders/colleagues in timely manner.
Compliance and Quality
• Be responsible for the in-country People Operations activities in compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulations.
• Implement and monitor service delivery standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance processes within the country.
Yêu cầu
• Excel at teamwork and collaborating with functional partners (IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, People Partners, regional/country People Leaders etc.)
• Be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Have great communication and logical thinking skills.
