We are looking for a Strategic Planner with a passion for developing brand and communication strategies. You will play a key role in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies and driving impactful communication plans to help our clients achieve their goals. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer data, consumer behavior, and relevant information to identify opportunities for strategic development.
Develop Communication Strategies:
- Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with the client's business objectives and market conditions.
- Define key message, select the appropriate communication channels to achieve the highest impact.
- Develop communication frameworks with a high sense of practicality for execution.
- Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
Participate in Creative Ideation:
- Draft creative briefs to guide the creative team on strategy and campaign objectives.
- Directly participate in the creative ideation process, contributing concepts and shaping the direction of creative projects.
- Generate breakthrough creative ideas that differentiate the brand and capture the attention of the target audience.
Propose and Present:
- Develop and present strategic proposals and creative ideas to clients.
- Persuasively present communication strategies, creative concepts, and implementation plans.
Collaborate & Execute Campaigns:
- Collaborate with media partners and internal teams (creative, digital, media) to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust campaigns during execution to ensure the strategy is effectively implemented across all channels.
Evaluate & Report:
- Assess campaign outcomes, measure the effectiveness of creative ideas, and communication strategies.
- Report campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement or future development.
Research & Development:
- Continuously update with the latest trends in communication and marketing to drive creativity and enhance strategies.
- Research new initiatives and apply this knowledge to optimize strategies and creative ideas.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, creativity, communication, or marketing, particularly in an agency environment.
Skills:
- Strong market research and analytical skills.
- Sharp creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Effective teamwork, project management, and communication skills.
Personality:
- Dynamic, creative, and willing to face challenges.
- Passionate about communication and marketing, with a desire to create impactful creative works.
