Senior Supply Chain Operation Executive

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Import-Export Operations, or Inventory Management.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in E-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.), cross-border e-commerce, export manufacturing, or international trading companies is preferred.
- Core Professional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Logistics Operations, Import-Export Documentation, and Incoterms.
- Business Analyst (BA) Skills & Mindset:
• Solid understanding or mindset of a Business Analyst (BA): capability in requirement clarification, workflow analysis, and operational process optimization.
• Using mapping tools and standardizing operational tracking systems/SOPs.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
• Professional English communication skills for working with international partners and logistics providers.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• High ownership mindset, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Cross-functional coordination and communication skills with leadership potential.
