Mô tả công việc

Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
Evaluate and select appropriate hardware and software technologies to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with the IT team to manage Red Hat clusters, including GFS2 and Pacemaker, ensuring high availability and performance.
Oversee HPE 3PAR storage operations, including SAN management, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Lead the operation and management of server virtualization environments, primarily VMware, to optimize resource utilization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, implementation plans, and management procedures.
Assisting with pre-sales activities, including consulting on solutions, devices, and volumes.

Yêu cầu

5+ years of experience in hardware operations, with a strong background in Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
Proven expertise in Linux performance management, troubleshooting, and Red Hat cluster operations.
Experience with HPE 3PAR storage systems and familiarity with backup systems such as Spectra PTL and Commvault SW.
Solid understanding of server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong documentation skills with experience in creating and implementing management documents.
