A. Recruitment:
- Sourcing candidate from multi-channel sources
- Screen and interview to select qualified candidate based on competencies and culture fit
- Manage the selection phase and collaborate with business partner to deliver recruitment service
- Market Mapping & Analyzing talent pool
- Proposing sourcing and recruitment plan
B. Business Partner:
- Handling business consultation with business accumen
- Showing solutions to business partner
- Balancing the need of business hiring with Labor market
C. Onboarding process:
- Collaborating with APAC Team to organize onboarding plan
- Handling Talent management process with setting up probation objectives, conflict resolutions, and intervene if needed
D. Report:
- Report on time about the selection process
- Analyzing and show case the bottle neck of selection process
- support team to increase retention and solve turn over rate
E. Employer Branding:
- Join in Employer Branding project: such as content writing, internal communicating
- Being Brand Ambassador
Yêu cầu
- Having 3 years as Talent Acquisition role
- Strong business accumen
- Able to analyze the recruitment source
- Competent in competencies interview, motivation interview
- Good communication
- [Optional] English communicate
- Result oriented, professionalism
- With general knowledge or some sort of degrees in Human resources management, Business Administration
