- MyTeam is currently seeking Senior Talent Acquisition Manager which is a senior-level position, serves as a key contributor to MyTeam's talent acquisition strategy, focusing on 70% Talent Acquisition and Strategic Recruitment, 10% Contract Management and Employment Administration, and 20% Employer Branding and Partnership Development
* Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with MyTeam's business objectives and growth plans
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions across Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang offices
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles through proactive sourcing and relationship building
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes
- Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
- Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and talent availability in Vietnam's tech and services sectors
* Candidate Experience Management
- Design and deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely feedback
- Build relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities
- Manage candidate assessment processes and coordinate interview schedules
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies
* Employment Contract Management
- Support contract negotiations for various employee levels, including mid-senior roles
- Draft, review, and execute employment contracts, amendments, and contract renewals in compliance with Vietnamese labor law
- Assist with salary negotiations, benefit packages, and employment terms for new hires and existing employees
- Support contract variations including role changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Ensure all contractual arrangements align with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain confidential contract databases and documentation systems
* Employment Administration & Compliance
- Manage employment administration processes ensuring accurate data flow to Misa system
- Coordinate with Administration Officer on employee system setup and data management
- Monitor employment status changes and ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Generate employment reports and analytics for management review
- Serve as primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and Accounting teams
* Legal Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all employment practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
- Support work permit and visa processes for international employees
- Coordinate with legal counsel on employment matters and contract questions
- Maintain audit-ready employment documentation and filing systems
* Social Media & Digital Presence
- Execute employer branding strategies across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Create engaging content showcasing MyTeam's culture, values, and employee stories
- Manage MyTeam's presence on job boards and professional networks
- Monitor and respond to employer brand mentions and reviews
- Collaborate with the executive team to align employer brand messaging with company brand
* University Partnerships & Internship Programs
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading universities in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang
- Support comprehensive internship programs including structured learning paths and mentorship
- Organize campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions
- Build relationships with university career services and faculty members
- Support graduate recruitment programs to attract fresh talent
- Coordinate company presentations and workshop sessions at partner universities
* Industry Networking & Events
- Represent MyTeam at industry events, job fairs, and professional networking sessions
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters for specialized roles
- Organize and participate in talent acquisition events and employer branding initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment roles
- Solid experience in contract support and employment law compliance
- Senior-level experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects
- Good understanding of Vietnamese labor law, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems (Misa experience highly preferred) and payroll integration
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation support skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, equivalent to IELTS 7.0+
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

- Contract Management: Solid skills in employment contract support and legal compliance
- Partnership Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with universities, industry partners, and professional networks
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with HRIS systems and process optimization
- Legal Awareness: Good understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide meaningful insights
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Experience working effectively in multicultural environments
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
* Preferred
- Legal background or employment law knowledge
- Previous experience in senior HR or talent acquisition roles
- Experience in scaling talent acquisition functions in growing companies
- International recruitment experience and global talent awareness
- HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Experience working with search firms and senior-level recruitment
- Master's degree or advanced certification in related field
