Mô tả công việc
Recruitment
1. Source, attract, and recruit talents. Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering; manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes
2. Analyze and interpret current recruitment trends to best tailor search approach. Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top notch candidate pools.
3. Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions
Training
4. Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees.
5. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
6. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
7. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Employee Engagement
8. Be responsible for plan, organize engagement activities for staff including Actively participate in HR team's activities to promote collaboration and great teamwork.
Report
9. Ensure that the weekly recruitment & training planning as well as other reports are delivered in accurate and timely manner.
10. Build effective reporting system and statistics to track and measure recruitment & training efficiency. Ensure that the recruitment & training database is maintained effectively

1. At least 4-year experience in Recruitment & Training position.
2. Bachelor's degree (prefer in Economics, Foreign Trade, Administration, Foreign Languages).
3. Multitask & Open-mind personality.
4. Excellent Excel and English.
5. The experience in headhunter Company is an advantage.
6. Good communication skill.
