Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts of future talent needs;
Execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs, etc...);
Manage full-cycle recruiting for vacant positions, provide recruitment counsel and guidance for hiring managers;
Play a key role in Talent Acquisition activities including but not limited to Critical talent mapping, Success factor recruitment module, Employer branding, Recruitment project,...
Lead team to support in employer branding initiatives;
Recommend system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost effective, high quality services are provided to hiring managers;
Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements, post advertisements;
Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed;
Build and maintain candidate database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent needs;
Participate in interview, selection, and the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates;
Complete reference check and background checks on selected candidates, as requested;
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms. Manage the procurement with them and evaluate their performance based on KPIs set;
Other relevant tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in Retail, F&B environment
Good interview and selection skills, communication and negotiation skills.
Enthusiastic, creative, able to coordinate and work well in teams.
Marketing mindset and ability to self-produce media publications
Experience working on Recruitment Software.
Time and stress management skills.
Proficient in using office information technology.
Demonstrated ability to be calm, creative, resilient, and solution oriented.
Good organizational skills and strong attention to details.
