Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute annual hiring plans, while aligning recruitment resources with business objectives
Build, develop, and maintain a long-term talent pool, especially for SAP candidates
Act as a strategic talent partner, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs, and subsequently develop market approach strategies and implement effective talent attraction solutions.
Proactively leverage diverse sourcing channels (headhunting, referrals, networking, social platforms, ...) to identify and attract high-quality candidates
Engage, connect, and build relationships with senior-level candidates (Level 4+), ensuring a 70-80% interview acceptance rate
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' capabilities, growth potential, and cultural fit
Lead offer negotiation and closing, effectively handling complex cases
Design and implement employer branding and talent attraction initiatives (university engagement programs, events, partnerships,...) to build a sustainable talent pipeline
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates,..), continuously optimizing hiring effectiveness
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the
HR Manager.
