Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with Head teacher in providing the training to STA (Senior teaching assistant) team. Participating in training with a view to professional development.
- Manage STA team, supervise STA's performance and working with STA to ensure the quality of teaching according to SIMPace's requirement.
- Working with STA to ensure the well prepare for lessons and tutoring according to the education needs, abilities and achievements of the individual students or groups of students;
- Arrange and allocate STA for schools and tutor classes.
- Suggest any training course STA teams.
- Conduct STA induction, observation, workshops
- Join in the STA recruitment.
- Do the concerned reports as required
- Commitment to professional development at SIMPace including regular observations by Academic Management.
- Undertaking any development/ training opportunities suggested by management.
- Participating in meetings which related to the curriculum, administration. organization of the school, training programe.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree level or above.
- Minimum of 7.5 on the IELTS exam; 7.5 in IELTS reading and listening preferred.
- CELTA/ TESOL/ TEFL preferred
- Teaching Degree/ MA preferred
- University graduate preferred
- At least 2 year experience in teaching IELTS
- At least 1 year in a team leader or manager role
- Deep knowledge of the IELTS exam.
- Experience with learning management systems is an advantage.
- Well-developed presentation, instruction and communication skills.
- Clear accent and pronunciation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well both in team environment and independently
- A great deal of energy and enthusiasm
- Highly organized and able to work within deadlines
- Receptive feedback and willingness to undertake professional development
- Good at training; management; team building and leadership/ownership
- Proficient in using MS 365, G-suite
- Advanced level of English required (C1/C2)
