About the Role
Bridge the gap between business vision and engineering execution. Hitachi Digital Services is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to drive end-to-end software delivery, translate complex business needs into precise technical specs, and support large-scale system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Engineering: Gather business requirements and create clear functional/technical specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams (SRS).
Impact & Gap Analysis: Assess system dependencies, feasibility, and architecture impact for new features and system enhancements.
Cross-Team Alignment: Act as the core communication bridge between business stakeholders, dev teams, and
project managers.
Testing & UAT Support: Assist in test planning, guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve functional defects.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an IT / Technical Business Analyst.
Strong expertise in functional documentation, business process flows, and system requirements.
Good grasp of system integration and interface concepts (experience with data migrations or multi-system environments is a plus).
Bonus: Domain background in Transportation, Railway, or Industrial IoT systems.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
