About Reclub
Reclub is a social sports platform that helps people organize activities, discover communities, and play together more easily. Our mission is to make recreational sports more accessible, social, and enjoyable.
About the Job:
We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Managerto help design, build, and launch high-impact productinitiatives across our platforms. You will own selected product areas, with a primary focus on partner initiatives and integrations. This role combines product discovery, delivery ownership, and light production validation in an agile, sprint-based environment.
Scope of Job
Own Product Initiatives
Lead cross-platform integration features from conceptto launch
Collaborate closely with partners and solve complex integration problems.
Define workflows, requirements, and success metrics
Work closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality releases Drive
Discovery & Improvement
Research users, map technical journeys, and identify problems worth solving
Turn insights into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes
Execute in Agile
Write PRDs, specifications, and clear acceptance criteria
Support sprint planning, execution, and delivery tracking
Support Release Quality
Perform light QA and production validation
Verify features meetrequirements before release
Help triage issues and monitor post-launch performance
Communicate & Align
Keep stakeholders informed on progress and results
Incorporate feedback and data into continuous improvement
Your skills and experience
Must Have
Professional Expertise (Hard Skills & Experience):
Software development background and strong technicalfoundation
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Ability to connect product decisions to user value and business impact
Comfortable working in agile, sprint-based environments
Experience with QA, product validation, or release support
Strong prioritization and time management
Communication & Documentation:
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)for both internalteams and external partners.
Clear and structured technical documentation skills
Personality & Behavioral Traits:
High ownership mindset and attention to detail
Proactive problem-solver when dealing with complex challenges.
