Senior Technical Sales officer (care segment)

Job Summary
Sales Representative is a key member of a company's sales team. They provide the technical expertise that enables sales teams to fully understand customers' needs and develop appropriate solutions. These account specialists may also present or demonstrate product proposals and provide technical support to customers before and after a sale.

- Support Hanoi Care Team ( Personal Care and Home Care)
*Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit term.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and selling information.
3. Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
4. Emphasize product features based on analyzes of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
5. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
6. Maintain customer records, using automated systems;
7. Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
8. Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing
9. Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications
10. Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
