New Customer Development (Key Accounts Conversion)
• Working with sales team to develop technical supporting plan for customer visits.
• Develop presentation and convince new customers regarding products & services provided.
• Be able to analyze lube properties and offer technical comparison reports.
• Conduct field trial test onsite to prove company product performance. Total cost ownership development if required.
• Work close to related teams (Sales, Product team, RnD) and customer's engineering department to track oil test report and implement the result of field test.
Excellent Service Operation
• Comply to company compliances: code of conduct, company core values, operating procedure...
• Be able to identify customer's expectation and application requirement in lubricant industry, and/or delivery right technical solution per application in time.
• Be able to provide the technical supports 24/7 if any at professional level.
• Be able to develop field trial, carry out and evaluate the product performance efficiency
• Onsite oil check and analysis with valuable recommendation at highly service commitment.
• Customer complaint handling on time in full (OTIF), test report development required.
• Be able to collaborate with RnD | Product team to develop comprehensive technical materials for technical supports and
business development (training material, product features & benefits...).
• Proactive develop technical supporting packs for sales (POP, TCO, toolkit...)
• Be able to deliver comprehensive technical & products training for internal & external customers
Marketing Activity Supports
• Data analysis: Collect relevant data to support business decisions related to lubricant industry and market trends.
• Sale toolkit development: able to develop technical initiatives tool/app to support sales development such as product recommendation, value selling application...
• Training and development: support with the organization and execution of workshops to enhance understanding and develop employees' skills relevant to technical & products.
• Be present at Industrial exhibitions if technical relevant.
• Good relationship development with 3rd parties for oil analysis.
• At least 5 years of technical service experience in industrial oils, and strong knowledge of maintenance fluids would be referred.
• Min Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering required and familiar with culture of international organization.
• Able to design and implement technical service program on time in full. Focus on customer centricity and business efficiency
• Able to read and understand technical documents of lubricants and equipment in English
• Proven ability to understand lubricant specifications and solution mindset
• Strong practice experience and confidence to execute presentation on stage as lubricant expert.
• Customer service and oriented-result mindset required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good Microsoft office (ppt, excel, word...)
• High responsibility, mature attitude required
• English in communication
