Senior Manual Test (ENG)Location: Hanoi
1. RESPONSIBILITY
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements in the banking domain.
Ensure alignment with banking compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform end-to-end manual testing, including functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
Validate critical banking functionalities such as transactions, payment processing, account management, and risk management systems.
Identify, document, and report bugs using defect-tracking tools.
Collaborate with
developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Provide domain-specific insights to enhance testing coverage and accuracy in the banking context.
Work closely with
business analysts to understand banking workflows and processes.
Act as a liaison between QA, development teams, and business stakeholders.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior testers to ensure best practices in manual testing.
Maintain detailed and accurate testing documentation, including test results, defect logs, and status reports.
Ensure compliance with documentation standards in the banking industry.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Experience: More than 4 years in a similar position
Experience with banking, finance projects or working with many stakeholders.
Strong testing skills
Capable of training other team members (on-the-job training/formal training)
Quick learner, hardworking, and responsible
Good communication and logical thinking skills
Good English communication
Able to create test plans, test strategies, and test reports
Bonus points:
ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Knowledge of automation tools, Performance Test are a plus
