JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in IT outsourcing, preferably working with English-speaking international clients.
Proven experience managing software projects, dedicated teams, or ODC delivery operations.
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Background as a Business Analyst (BA) or Software Tester/QA Engineer is highly preferred.
Good understanding of software development processes, requirements analysis, testing, and project delivery.
Strong client-facing skills, with experience in negotiating scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations.
High level of independence, accountability, and ownership, with the ability to proactively manage projects and resolve issues.
Result-driven mindset with strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
English proficiency at Level 4 (Proficient), with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, discussions, negotiations, and written correspondence.
