Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand visibility in channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for product positioning and promotions.
Manage the execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to enhance collaboration and maximize impact.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to BOD.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans, including product launches and in-store promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a strong preference for experience in Retail and FMCG sectors.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing trade marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Working time: Mon - Sat (8:30 - 17:30, 2 Sat off/month)
