The role is a key role who will evaluate transportation quality, responsible for quotation, transportation solution and new project implementation, and also focus on operation process optimization based on customers' requirement.
Transportation quotation & solution design
Obtain all necessary information from internal and/or external information providers
Contact and negotiate with different vendors and resources with support of Transport Sourcing
Prepare presentation materials for BD on solution design part
Design operational process for potential customer
Work extensively across departmental lines on specific project and development
LTL Network development: develop a digitalized LTL Network and solution nationwide
TMS functional design, configuration and management
New project implementation
Draft and assist to implement SOP
Monitor the operation process and optimize on need
Transportation cost optimization
Analyze and synthesize the cost data and propose optimization solution to Senior Transport Manager
Provide study analysis to support decision making
Transport department internal process evolution
Closely working with operation team and Performance Management team
Review the internal process at least once a year, and make optimization on need
Innovation & Green Transport, aligning with FM Logistic Strategy
