Application/Software design
MR/VR/AR app writing ability
Work directly with team (service planner, technical leaders, designer, engineers...) to figure out user's needs, problems; expectations to contribute ideas & solution as well as to realize/ resolve them.
Deliver outputs with expected quality, speed, compliance in order to bring the best values to product/service's end users
Mentor or coach junior members if needed to achieve a certain level of competency or performance to meet project's objectives
Willingness to learn new technology

Yêu cầu
Proficient in Unity, Metaverse, Babylon
Experience with Twin Digital, 3D model design is a plus.
Strong C#, C++, Python coding skills with OOP.
At least 3 years of experience developing MR/VR game/applications using Unity Engine with scripting textures, animation, and GUI styles.
Experience with 3D assets and basic knowledge of Blender or any other 3D graphics software is a plus.
Understand the development requirements, processes, and mechanisms in 3D production.
Experience using cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
Experience in developing metaverse platforms such as VR chat and online games.
Good knowledge about OOP, Design patterns, MVP, MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture
Agile mindset
Good communication in English (TOEIC -550 and above)
Have experience on GIT, JIRA.
Strong experience in Data Structures, JSON and consuming Rest APIs.
Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Can proactively learn and gain necessary skills for existing or future project
Good vision of quality, scalability, performance, security, and function
