Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Valuation Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in real estate to assist in building a financial model and conducting a comprehensive valuation for a small office project (under 1000m2) in Hanoi. This is a short-term engagement, with a project completion timeline of one week.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project team to develop a robust financial model for a small office development project in Hanoi.
Conduct detailed real estate market analysis.
Perform property valuations, incorporating current market conditions, demand-supply factors, and location-specific trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project returns and manage investment risks.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports outlining the valuation process, findings, and financial projections.
Contract duration: 1 week.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate valuation, with a focus on office projects.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation techniques.
Excellent knowledge of the Hanoi real estate market.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Prior experience in small-scale commercial office projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Vietnamese real estate regulations and tax implications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate valuation, with a focus on office projects.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation techniques.
Excellent knowledge of the Hanoi real estate market.
