I. What you need to do

Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis based on business model and historical data
Analyze and make reports on current financial status:

- Conduct thorough research of historical financial data

- Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement

- Coordinate with the Finance Director and the executive team on long-term financial planning

Involve in forecasting including:

- Forecast quarterly and annual profits

- Participate in budgeting (for departments and projects)

Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities

Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
Evaluate and build up pricing frameworks to support Sales team
Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

II. What you should have

Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business or equivalent.
Experience from big auditing or investment firms is a plus
6++ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related position.
Ability to work independently and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.

Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Good at oral and written communication in English
