Position Title: Service Desk Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounting
Work Location: Tầng 3, Lotte Mall West Lake HAnoi Hà Nội, Số 272 Võ Chí Công, Phường Tây Hồ, TP Hà Nội
Working Time: Shift-based
- Morning shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
(5 days/week; weekend shifts required as assigned by the Head of Department)
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Control & Verification:
Check and verify daily revenue from credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
Review and confirm the number of credit card slips submitted by Cashiers.
Compare and reconcile credit card, e-wallet, and bank revenues, and record data accurately in the accounting system on a daily basis.
Monitor and control card and e-wallet transaction fees.
Review the daily summary of payments (credit card, e-wallet, bank) submitted by Cashiers and ensure consistency with system records.
Issue VAT invoices for retail customers on a daily basis.
Yêu cầu
University degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
Experience in the real estate or retail industry (Office Leasing, Shopping Mall, or Hotel) is preferred.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of accounting systems (SAP is an advantage).
Willing to work on a shift schedule and weekends as assigned by the Head of Department.
