Service Host For Hostel

- Welcome guests entering the hostel with a warm and friendly attitude, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to specific areas within the property;
- Guest check-in and out and general hostel reception duties;
- Providing information about the hostel facilities, local attractions, and activities;
- Assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and any issues that may arise;
- Promoting the sale of tours, bus services and bike rentals;
- Manage the bookings of all guests for extra services ensuring the guest is at the correct pick up location at the correct time;
- Keeping the reception area and common spaces tidy and welcoming;
- Promoting and organizing hostel events to create a lively atmosphere;
- Serve at bar area during busy times and encourage guests to enjoy themselves;
- Providing baggage storage services for guests checking in and out;
- Ensure security and safety for all guests and staff;
- Balance sales transactions of reception;
- Produce reports from computer;
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers. And report to manager;
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures;
- Send information or documents inlcuding emails, messages, special promotions to customers using a computer or phone on the company account;
- Cooperate with maintenance staff to deal with issues within rooms and common areas as they arise;
- Cooperate with the housekeeping team to make sure rooms are ready on time
