Mô tả công việc
- Consistently steer and grow Filling technology service revenue and margin in Vietnam.
- Meet and exceed service sales KPI targets, such as order intake, gross margin, account receivable and other personal KPIs.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers in Vietnam.
- Develop Key Account Management strategy for large and/or long-term GEA customers in Vietnam, including but not limited to, identify key stakeholders / decision makers, familiar with customer's OPEX budget, maintenance plan competency, etc.
- Ensure high satisfaction level among GEA customers.
- Proactively promote various service offers to existing customers, including but not limited to, first service offer, recommended spare part package, service level agreement, training, plant audits, service products and service upgrades projects.
- Maintain timely updated the CRM and opportunity pipelines, business plan, and sales forecast report to department head.
- Lead and execute continuous service sales improvement initiatives.
- Develop teamwork and build rapport with both local and remote service teams
- Ad-hoc site attendance for field service activities, onsite or online.

Your profile and qualifications:
Professional Requirements
- Candidate with degree in engineering and minimum 5 years' sales experience in service industry.
- Candidate with prior knowledge and technical sales experience in liquid process engineering system of beverage industry and liquid processing systems.
- Proven track record in B2B service sales responsibility for complex processing lines, including but not limited to in-depth understanding of commercial proposals, line designs, frontline service sales activities, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience in key account management or other similar responsibilities will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of the following software packages, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Good oral, written and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese language are essential.

- Extraverted, Independent, highly motivated, service driven and open-minded.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate and deal professionally with both internal and external clients.
