Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Manage the regional agent system, lead the team.
- After-sales support for Yamaha 3S/2S dealers (service & spare parts activities)
- Understand clearly the "5P" after-sales policy & request agents to implement it.
- Establish post-sales marketing strategy, grasp the market and anticipate the needs of each region.
- Training dealer staff
- Perform a number of other tasks as assigned by the Department Head

Requirements:
- Graduated from University (preferably major in Engineering/Business/Commerce)
- Proficient in English communication & office information technology (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good teamwork skills & able to withstand high pressure at work.
- Have good health, hardworking, dynamic & high sense of responsibility.
