SCOPE OF WORK:
Manage and supervise all functions of customer service and ensure the most effectiveness
of the team to comfort residents and tenants;
Administrative tasks:
Receive all calls from residents or tenants;
Manage taxi service;
Manage information about parking lots;
Manage access cards;
Manage express delivery service;
Provide newspaper for tenants (only applied to office building);
Manage Lost Found service;
Send messages and letters to tenants;
Provide fundamental information for all tenants (only applied to office building);
Well cooperate with engineering team, security service and janitorial service;
Update timesheets, working schedules of staffs;
Instruct residents, contractors of residents about rules procedures related to moving in/out when fit out, residence register, etc;
Manage sub contractors (if required);
Interview and asset customer service officers;
Develop and maintain positive attitude in vocational training programs for customer service;
Supervise tasks:
Manage and be responsible for productivity of subordinate staffs;
Train customer service officers (if required);
Ensure all customer service staffs maintain high standard of appearance, personal hygiene, uniform, name badge as instructed;
Report:
Create daily checklist for customer service/ front office;
Daily logbook;
Follow up job requirement list;
Other tasks assigned by PM;
Build up relationship with local authorities;
Coordinate with other teams in daily operation and events, etc
