We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead who will not only develop and customize the platform but also take the lead in building and managing a ServiceNow team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in ServiceNow development and eager to take ownership of setting up and scaling the ServiceNow function within our organization.
• Lead the technical architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Perform deep technical analysis and troubleshooting of complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive best practices in coding standards, application lifecycle management, and DevOps integration for ServiceNow development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other technical leads to align ServiceNow capabilities with business strategies.
• Mentor and guide the ServiceNow development team to enhance their technical skills and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
• Lead the implementation of advanced features such as Flow
Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and custom application development.
• Manage code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, modules, and industry trends, and recommend adoption strategies.
• Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CMDB, discovery, and service mapping concepts.
• Proficient with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
