Mô tả công việc
Receive and process testing requests from the PDM team for FGT/CT-09 or CMA; ensure all samples are prepared and submitted for testing accurately.
Manage the daily dispatch of footwear samples and treatments to the Laboratory for analysis.
Conduct thorough checks of all shoes once they arrive in the Inspection Room
Proactively inform the PDM team of any delays in testing requests once shoes are available.
Retrieve ETC results upon submission of shoes and treatment to the Lab team
Track Pass/Fail status from Lab team and correct the updates on system
Expedite "Buy Ready" stage and high-priority PDM stages through the Lab to meet urgent production deadlines.
Collect and distribute Lab specimens to the PDM team upon receiving requests from PDM team.
Maintain and update tracking for weekly meetings with PDM team.
Upon completion of stages (CR1/CR2), coordinate "Fail Review" sessions by arranging failed specimens for PDM, CE, and Upper teams to analyze and develop material improvement action plans.
Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Yêu cầu
University or College degree
Experience in Shoe Testing and relevant tasks. Candidate without relevant experience can be trained.
English Communication
Computer Skill (Word, Excel, PP)
