- Build dashboard, report, tracker to control the KPI and monitor it daily;

- Develop a deep understanding of delivery company & actively identify operational issues;

- Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline;
- Ensure that the project status, issues, or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately;
- Work closely with Operation team and KAM team to grasp the Operation's problem and update customers promptly
- 1+ years of industry experience with proven business impact
- Excellent in communication with different stakeholders, have experience in project management or operation is a plus
- Have ownership of the project, always being active to work with relevant stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Advanced Excel skills. SQL is a plus
- Excellence writing and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
