In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships between our brand with online consumers and third parties.
Job Description:
Manage all activities on social channels (air posts, manage comments, inbox, minigame, livestream, etc.) in a quick and timely manner
Work with the content and account team to identify the seeding channels and directions.
Research & propose community lists (KOLs, groups, pages...), deal & prepare quotations, and KPIs.
Manage suppliers and work closely with channels to execute the campaigns.
Track and advise teams to ensure hit the performance KPIs.
Prepare and analyze data to provide key learnings and recommendations for weekly/ monthly/ final reports of owned channels, social outreach channels, and so on promptly.
Plan and advise suitable tactics/ content for KOL or community pages in the campaign. Give advice or consult for account and content teams about solutions for viral and community marketing effectiveness.
Get feedback and evaluation from the account team and clients to enhance social media services. Comply with the standard working process with a defined project working plan, communication, feedback, and reporting rules.
Experience requirement: 1 year in advertising/digital
Requirement:
A background in advertising with strong digital experience.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tactics, and channels.
Highly attention to detail, careful, hard-working
Eager to learn and proactive in seeking progress.
Can work with multiple projects simultaneously.
