Responsibilities:
Fanpage management (writing, interacting with the target audience of clients on daily social media channels, etc.)
Manage to develop marketing activities on Social Media channels: YouTube, Facebook, Zalo, etc.
Plan to develop the activities on social network for strategic customers includes: strategy, deployment form and key performance indicator (KPI )
Manage and handle crisis for clients
Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly routines, including performance dashboards and metrics reporting.
Manage, support for online event (game, competition,...) for clients
Update and apply new knowledge and trends about social media marketing to improve work efficiency.
Qualifications:
No degree or professional certificates required.
Passionate about digital marketing and willing to learn.
Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.
Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
Good at English
