Social Media Content Coordinator

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
A Social Content Coordinator is a professional who provides the voices of our sport talents across social channels to drive organic reach and audience engagement. He/She is responsible for responding to comments and creating content, report to Strategic Planning Manager & Business Development Director.
• We are looking for a enthusiatic Social Content Coordinator to build and develop our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our talents image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
• As a Social Content Coordinator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the lastest social media trends. You should have good communication skills and be able to express our talents' views creatively.
• Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and audience engagement.
Last but not least, Social Content Coordinator must have a good knowledge of Sport, especially football.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Collaborate with other teams, like business development, accounts, designs, editor to ensure talent consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor audience reviews
• Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
SKILLS:
1. Professional skills
• Proven work experience as a Social Content Coordinator.
• Hands on experience in content management
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Good time management; working long & flexible hours, especially under tight deadlines, even weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally & in writing;
• Logical thinking and analytical skills; Look at both the big picture and details;
• Must be able to handle pressure well.
• Work on site and match days.

• HARD SKILL: PPT, Excel, Word, Basic Graphic Tools;
• Understanding of customer & market dynamic requirements;
• Good written skills, particularly in relation to proposals & presentation;
