Social Media Management:
Be responsible for creating and scheduling daily posts on Instagram and Facebook accounts, including gathering UGC content, creating reels, relevant memes, etc.
Send weekly data report to the CEO
Response to messages/comments from customers on social platforms promptly
Research and learn from competitors and related businesses
​​Work with Social Media Influencers and Content Creators to reach target audience groups and generate visual content for the brand.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Email newsletters:
Send weekly newsletters to subscribers, including product promotions, sales, community building and announcements.
Create automatic programs on the email marketing platform (Dotdigital)
Monitor customer data and campaign reports
Work with the designer to create eye-catching and sale-oriented email

Build a community of people who engage with the brand; enhance its relationship with its users on digital platforms (social media and emails).
Connect the brand with its online audience by replying to messages on social media using the brand's tone and voice.
Manage the community of the brand's super fans and ambassadors, and encourage them to generate sales.
