Mô tả công việc
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
Lead and manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns and awards initiatives to boost brand visibility.
Oversee the targeting and ad performance of media buyers, ensuring ROI on campaigns.
2. Team Building & Collaboration
Recruit and manage a team of freelance specialists, including content creators, designers, video editors, ad managers, and influencer marketers.
Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
3. Content & Campaign Creation
Identify and work with creators for continuous and engaging content production.
Develop creative assets that align with the brand's identity and target audience.
Drive the creation and execution of viral campaigns, giveaways, and other promotional activities.
4. Performance Optimization
Implement and monitor metrics to measure campaign success.
Run regular A/B tests and optimize content, creatives, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
Continuously test and iterate on ideas to improve social media engagement and ad performance.
5. Influencer & Community Engagement
Develop relationships with influencers and bloggers to drive brand partnerships and endorsements.
Organize and manage viral and promotional activities to engage the audience.
