- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software architectures for health applications.
- Collaborate with product managers,
developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of health solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the development process and product quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the health domain and incorporate them into our solutions.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the software development process.
- Propose and present technical solutions to manager, articulating the benefits and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients/leadership, showcasing our media solutions and capabilities.
- At least 10 years of total experience in backend software development field, preferred with Python/PHP/Java/C# but any of programming languages are welcomed.
- Having very strong experience in designing large-scale system architectures.
- Having experience in technology selection and conducting architecture reviews.
- Having the ability to give technical judgment considering business impact.
- Experience in integrated architecture design for multiple products or services.
- Experience in activities and communication within the technical community.
- Knowledge of cloud services and microservice architecture.
- Experience in improving development processes and implementing DevOps.
- Knowledge and experience in security design.
- Ability to catch up with and lead the latest technologies.
- Experience in managing and resolving technical debt.
