- Greet guests, answer phone calls, and handle spa inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments accurately in the booking system.
- Process payments and cashiering transactions according to hotel procedures.
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized spa reception area.
- Provide information about spa services and products and promote additional services.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints and report to the Spa Supervisor when necessary.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in spa, hotel front desk, or customer service.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and spa booking systems (MS Office).
- Professional appearance, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
